MacBook Air 11 early 2015 upgrade storage

Hello

I have an early 2015 11 inch MacBook Air. I would like to upgrade the storage. I have a 1.6 Ghz processor and 4 GB of memory. When I update to Mac OS 15.1 I receive a message indicating I do not have enough storage space. Thank you

OWC makes a third party SSD upgrade for your laptop:

Please make note of the OS requirements. The laptop should already be running at least macOS 10.13 High Sierra before installing the new SSD as the system firmware needs to be updated using the original Apple SSD.

Also make sure to keep your original Apple SSD in case it is required for a later macOS upgrade or system firmware upgrade.
