I just got an Apple Watch 4 from eBay, used. The face is reversed and I can only see it upright if the digital crown is on the left side of the watch. I can't see how to get the face upright so the crown is on the right side.

Tap the My Watch tab.
Tap General.
Tap Watch Orientation.
Tap on the Left Wrist or Right Wrist selection under the Wear Apple Watch On heading.
