i just buy the new 30W USB-C Power Adapter

to charge my iPhone xs max but they didn’t work and i used also in my other iPhone x and also didn’t work.

Did you try a different cable? If yes and it still doesn't work exchange it for one that does work.

the cable is new also and i went to store were i buying but he didn’t accept to exchange

Is this an Authorized Reseller? Did you get him to try charging something with it in his shop? And is it an Apple cable?
