My brand new iPhone 11 pro max is frequently not charged wireless. Ever time I have to restart to make it work it’s annoying. Please resolve or let me know if I have to exchange my device.

Hi, rolia96,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities for help charging your iPhone 11 Pro Max. I understand from your post that the iPhone is not charging wirelessly as expected. Specifically, you must restart the iPhone to get it to charge. I'm happy to help!

First, make sure you've optimized your charging environment by following the information in How to wirelessly charge your iPhone 8 or later - Apple Support, particularly the "Learn More" section.

Next, verify whether you can charge your iPhone while connected to a USB cable and a power source (such as a wall outlet or a computer). If not, try the steps in If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support.

For additional help, please get in touch with Apple Support directly, which you can do here: Contact Apple Support.

Best!
