Frustration with iPhone 11 KeyBoard

I’m having A terrible experience with my keyboard- almost every time I press the space bar, it inserts “BBC” or “NBC”. I can’t find a single thread or article about a fix for this!! My second frustration is that this keyboard is not intuitive with capitalization. It takes me forever to send a text or write a comment like this!!

I PRESS THE SPACE BAR AND HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS:

BBC BBC BBC BBC BBC BBC BBC V BBC NBC BBC NBC BBC BBC BBC BBC

please help!!

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with the keyboard when typing on your iPhone 11. I'd be happy to provide information that may help.

First, try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone.

Next, be sure to have completed any iOS updates: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Finally, try resetting the keyboard dictionary:

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on General.
Tap on Reset, you'll have to scroll all the way to the bottom.
Tap on Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
Type in your password when prompted. You'll only get this step if you have a password enabled.
Tap on Reset Dictionary to confirm you'd like to reset the keyboard dictionary.
