Grinding Noise coming from Trackpad on Macbook Pro Early 2015 (you can feel vibration on trackpad when noise occurs)

I found a post describing my situation exactly however you cannot reply on the old post, so I am copying the post in hopes someone has had this problem and was able to fix it. I went into apple multiple times and after a lot of tests they believe it may be the actuator underneath the trackpad but they weren't 100% sure. Here is a description of the problem:

"My Early 2015 Macbook Pro has been making a noise that sounds like grinding, static, or slurping a smoothie.

It makes this VERY LOUD sound when I am using the computer, not using the computer, open, closed, charging, not charging, virtually any time it wants to, intermittently and constantly.

I took it in to the genius bar and played a video I'd taken and no one was able to even guess what was making the noise. The closest they came to agreement was the haptic motor under the trackpad. But I've never had any haptic feedback on this machine.

One thing is that the sound is accompanied by a twitching vibration that can ONLY be felt in the trackpad and on the margins of the trackpad. This is NOT a fan or harddrive issue, tho the sound is most like a failing hard drive (my HD is SSD). There is no vibration anywhere but under and very close to the trackpad.

I had the machine sent in for repair and diagnostics. They opened the case and cleaned the fans and tried to replicate the issue without success. It came back from repair without making noises until about a week later. The noise is so loud that I have to keep my computer in another room under a pillow to muffle the scratching static.
