i would say my phone use is quite normal , not excessive .
Will apple replace the battery for free if this peak performance drops below 80% it’s within 1 year ?

If you think 1% is an issue, feel free to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation. But don't be surprised when they tell you there is nothing wrong with your iPhone because there is NOTHING wrong with your iPhone.
Mine drops to 97% in less than 2 months
Me too. Purchased iPhone 11 pro Max (256 GB) in end of Dec 2019 and 99% now. Same to my relative's.

Mine is 95% battery health after 4 months
3 months use and now 98%. Is it normal? 😥
Have you charged it 50 times in those 3 months? It will lose about 1% for each 25 full charge cycles based on staying above 80% for 500 full charge cycles.

Kinda weird I’ve had mine for 4 months and it’s at 95% while my old iPhone 6s that I used for two years is at 98%
