Volume turning itself down

So my iPhone 6s keeps turning its volume down by itself I restarted it and it keeps doing it I can turn it up with the buttons but I can’t turn it down with the buttons it’s not the button that’s broken it’s the phone itself I don’t know how to fix it I’m stuck
