got robo call about icloud breach...is it real?

Has there really been an icloud breach or are these robo calls yet another scam? It is coming thru to my land-line...i am NOT on-line on my cell phone.

It is a scam. Apple does not make unsolicited phone calls. Also see: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

The number shown on called ID for scam calls is usually spoofed and rarely the number that is actually originating the calls. Personally, I don't report them as there doesn't seem to be effective. The most effective thing I have found is the new option in iOS 13 -- Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
