I cannot sign in App Store app but it’s possible sign in web Apple home page

Hello!

I have a problem with my Apple ID. I cannot sign in App store app but it’s possible sign in web apple home page. I think there is some error. I already change passwords but still nothing happened. There’s a screenshot - “could not sign in” - this shows me everytime when I want to sign in. Please help me to resolve this problem!
