How in the world do I download and install Logic Pro on my new Mac mini? I already own it but it's not very easy to figure out how to access the apps I already have purchased. Stupid.

In the App Store did you look under the "Purchased" tab/menu?
And of course sign in with the same Apple I.D. that you purchased with.
