im having the same problem, i’ve tried everything

i’ve tried deleting the app, turning my phone off, checking for updates, turning my dark mode off then on

i don’t know what else to do

Bother the company. I tried contacting them with great difficulty and no response for this issue, hopefully someone else can have better luck than me
