How to put the dark mode on TikTok

so it’s nov 24, 2019 and my app is updated i just got a new phone and my phone has the latest update and i can’t find any source online and my friends have dark mode on tiktok.... i’ve had the app for years and i can’t get it :)

I tried deleting and reinstalling apps. I restart my iPhone, I checked for updates in both Tik Tok and iOS. Disabling dark mode and re-enabled them, It doesn’t work since my new iPhone 11 Pro Max just shopped with iOS 13.3

I forgot to say even stranger things.... I have iOS 13.3 Developer Beta 2 and it still doesn't work.

btw I saw there is a new Tik Tok update again (it was released 13 hours ago). Have you tried it yet? Hopefully it’ll work this time.

I just opened the app, nothing else.
