how to upgrade to MacBook Pro 15 OS X 10.11 ?

Dear Apple Community,

I need some help please, I tried to download some applications from the app store and I can't it says"This version of macOS 10.15.1 cannot be installed on this compute. I tried to upgrade to the new version of MacOS Catalina version 10.15.1, I recieved the same message.
