The description of Best Practices for Apple Digital Masters Content

To audio-processing experts:

Here's the sentence from iTunes Video and Audio Asset Guide 5.3.2:

All masters must have been auditioned as encoded by the current Apple AAC encoder either with the “Apple Digital Masters Droplet", "RoundTripAAC" plug-in, or the Sonnox "Pro-Codec V2" plug-in that includes Apple's "iTunes +" AAC CODEC. Use these tools to set an appropriate level so that the encode doesn't show clipping.

Can I realize the description as: "As encoded by the current Apple AAC encoder, all masters must have been auditioned either with the “Apple Digital Masters Droplet", "RoundTripAAC" plug-in, or the Sonnox "Pro-Codec V2" plug-in that includes Apple's "iTunes +" AAC CODEC. Use these tools to set an appropriate level so that the encode doesn't show clipping" ?

Or

"After being encoded by the current Apple AAC encoder, all masters should be auditioned either with the “Apple Digital Masters Droplet", "RoundTripAAC" plug-in, or the Sonnox "Pro-Codec V2" plug-in that includes Apple's "iTunes +" AAC CODEC" ?

Sorry, neither am I a native English reader, nor an expert in audio area.

I have to make sure my understanding for this sentence is correct or not.

Thank you!
