My app, Hardwood Solitaire III, does not work with the new OS Catalina. Telling my wife not to update. Can I go back?

Don't want the new Catalina OS. How can I revert so my old Apps play?

Upgrade to Catalina - DO NOT DO if you want to keep using some apps How can we down grade easily from the error of having mistakenly decided to upgrade to Catalina and lose access to many apps? MS is holding hostage my apps until I subscribe to the collaborative version that I DO NOT NEED. Please have a way to revert this version!
