My notes in my iphone all disappeared

If I lost my password to my yahoo email account a long time ago and did not realize my notes may have been attached to it. I deleted the yahoo email account on my phone. Now I have nothing in my notes. How do I get the info from my notes back? Or if not an email issue, it just randomly disappeared, how would I get it back. Did a search and the stuff on lost notes did not work as I did not have the options to recover. My notes app did not have a trash option, Icloud has 0 notes and "on my iphone" doesnt have the notes either.
