Will the fast charger ruin/damage my older devices (iPhone 6

I have an (1) iPhone6 and (2) an old iPad2 (I think it is) with the small charger. I just updated one of my othe devices that has a fast charge power cord. Can I use the higher wattage power cord on my old devices as well without damaging these older devices? Thanks!
