Is the email appletv@insideapple.apple.com Legit? I just upgraded my phone and the email states I get a free year of Apple TV with my recent purchase.

I bought a new iphone 11 and I got the same email. I then confirmed the email address here and clicked the link which was legitimate for the 1 year free Apple TV.
Yes.That is a legitimate email. And yes you get 1 year Free of Apple TV+ with any new purchase (except for Apple Watch).
