I received a email that stated I had Apple TV free for one year but can’t find it now. How can I verify by also I recently but a new Apple 12 phone what are my options and

The one year offer is only valid for those who purchased qualifying hardware and activated before July 1st. After that date it was switched to 3 months. The offer itself also expires after 90 days. See the steps below to claim the offer.

Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID
Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ tabwhere you'll see the offer.
Tap Enjoy 12 (or 3) Months Free.
