Hi, I recently received an email with a years free Apple TV activation as I have just purchased a new iPhone. When I go to the link, I am only offered 1 week free. How do I get this rectified so I can get the years free offer? Thanks

Do try to redeem the offer on your new Apple device (in case you received the message on a different device).
Try to redeem the offer by going to the TV app on your new Apple device, then look for the “Enjoy 1 Year Free” button.
