I have an iphone 11 that I purchased at the end of September, 2 weeks later, intermittently, I could not type the letter i or k, or number 8, now it is like that all the time. What should be done?

Are you using a screen protector? if yes, I would try to remove it, and test your keyboard.
Shouldn't be this case, since your device is brand new and still covered by warranty, I would have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
