Can’t type the letter y or the number 6. Plus it types certain numbers around those keys twice. Tried to restart, tried to reset keyboard dictionary and tried to clean screen but nothing is working.

If it does it to the same letters when you rotate to landscape it may be a software keyboard glitch.
If different letters are affected in landscape in the same area of the glass then the most likely cause is screen hardware error.
Open a new Note in the notes app and using the pencil icon scribble lines in the same glass area and look for gaps or distortions
