I'm getting no mountable file systems when installing DMG file , I have installed 10.15.1 and after it no dmg file works. I tried recovery over the internet it also didn't fix it. the dmg files work in safe mode.

For some reason is blocking .dmg

What .dmg file are you talking about ?
Works in Safe mode— what is the issue?
any .dmg file , for example intellij .dmg . The .dmg file works in safe mode , but in normal mode gives no mountable file systems.

Once you run the .dmg and the app is in your Applications folder—you no longer need the .dmg
