HDHomeRun Streaming with tvOS 13

Since upgrading my ATV4K to tvOS 13 have been plagued with problems streaming HDHomeRun Broadcast TV to the Channels app. Once I restart the ATV4, I can continue with the stream of a selected channel, but if I change the channel, it will not reliable stream until I have restarted the ATV4. I have another ATV4 which I have not upgraded and it streams reliably.

Any others with this issue?

Any work-arounds?

That would be an issue with the app, if it persists you can contact the developer
