Apple TV not letting me watch my shows

I am trying to watch CSI Miami on my Apple TV by mobile phone but it keeps wanting billing verification (never has done this in the past) and then when I enter it, it just goes to load “content not loading”, it’s the same if I go on another show too. I have remove the card from my account, restart my phone, close/reopen the app and it still does that to me. I don’t know what else to do.
