Are the charging cables the “same” for all the series ie will the newer ones charge faster or the same?

Are the charging cables the “same” for all the series ie will the newer ones charge faster or the same?

I had a series 2 and have the charging cable both work fine, are they just that all the same for the watch series so i now have a spare?

New SE watch, difference in chargers I just received the new SE watch. It comes with a charging cable. Apple sells a Fast charging cable as an accessory for the watch. Is there a difference between the one that came in the box and the fast charging cable they sell as an accessory? Thanks!
