When I try to listen to my Voicemails I tap on the number and it just comes up to create a message or call or message them or whatever it won’t give me the voicemail what do I do

On my IPhone 8, since the last updates I cannot get my voicemail messages

Not receiving my voicemails I need help trying to figure out why I can’t seem to receive my voicemail. I can’t even change my greeting. I’ve tried Network Reset and it didn’t work. When calling from another phone; it allows me to leave myself a message but I do not receive it on my phone.

You need to contact your phone carrier and let them know.
