How to login to icloud to find my iphone when you have two factor auth enabled and don't have access to your "lost" phone?

I have an Iphone 8 running IOS 13, which also has two factor authentication enabled. Say for instance I lose my iphone, and want to login to icloud on someones computer and/or Iphone to find my iphone. Logging into icloud requires the 6-digit 2FA key which I don't have my phone (It's lost). All the 2fa options seems to need to send either a text or popup with the 2fa code.

Unless I have a computer that is "trusted" already to login to my iphone account, how am I supposed to get logged in to find my device?

Previously, I could for instance just login to icloud on someone elses iphone using the "find my iphone" but it's since been replaced with "Find My"

iPhone 8, iOS 13

The two-factor code is not needed for finding a lost phone.

One method -- see the following from Locate a lost or stolen device - Apple Support

You can help a friend find their device if it's missing and has Find My [device] turned on:

  1. Open the Find My app.
  2. Choose the Me tab.
  3. Select Help a Friend.
  4. Have your friend sign in to iCloud with the Apple ID they're signed in with on their missing device.

Another method: use any internet browser and log into icloud.com/find

Another method: use an internet browser and log into icloud.com and then ignore the two-factor window and click on the Quick Access to Find My iPhone icon below the two-factor window.
