Possible to limit incoming calls to phone numbers in my contact book?

Hi there,

Here in Canada, there has been a recent and significant increase in spam calls. I generally receive 10-15 calls every day from autogenerated spam numbers, with various phishing schemes.

Is it possible to block all calls to my phone except for those numbers that I have in my contact book? Blocking the numbers that call doesn't work, as they generate randomly.
