MacBook Pro Crashing

MacBook Pro (mid 2014) keeps crashing, yet Diagnostics says “no issues found (ref ADP000)”. Any idea what’s wrong?

Ensure you have complete and current backups.


Boot into Safe Mode, and remove any add-on anti-malware, add-on anti-virus, add-on cleaners, add-on network firewalls, or related, per the vendors’ instructions, and reboot.


Download EtreCheck, run that, and open a new reply here, a d then press the button that looks like a printed page, and that will open up a text inout box big enough to paste the entire hardware and software configuration report here.
