My phone make a Preventing unexpected shutdowns

My battery healthy is 100%

my phone is iphone 7 and its refurbished I just bought it from 2days and work on ios 13


its shutdown at 22% and when it opened battery become 10% and alhave restarted and after opened again the battery become 22%


i charged the phone and make it again when battery become 15%

Charge it to 100% and monitor it:


Maximizing Battery Life and Lifespan


If you are still having issues, take it back to where you got it and have them check it.

I did what you said ,

I charged it as fully

and play with it with 100% brightness by YouTube and video recorder and internet

I can’t judge on it I’m new in ios world

but when battery became 25% its jump to 16% then 10% in less 2 minutes!!!


It's now 10% I will se if it will shutdown suddenly before 1% or not
