Fitbit and notifications

Since I updated to IOS 13.2.2, I can not get notifications on my Fitbit. Is anyone working to correct this?

Fitbit notifications I was given a Fitbit versa a couple of months ago and was able to get text and other notifications on it. For some reason this has stopped. I may have inadvertently made a setting change but cannot figure out how to fix. I do have notifications activated on the fit bit and my phone also shows to allow notifications. Any suggestions? Notifications Since the update I don’t get app notifications. I’ve got all the permissions on. Do not disturb is not on. I have internet connection. I just don’t get notifications even after checking all the settings

not getting notifications for pinned text messages I am not notified when I get a text for pinned messages. If I remove the message from being pinned - I get notified. How do you fix the notification on pinned messages. Focus, do not disturb are not on and the pinned messages are not silenced. Notifications for the individual pinned messages are turned on.

I would think that Fitbit is the one who would have to work on it. Have you asked them about it?
