Can i send germany iphone by buying from australian store?

can we use iphone purchased in Australia to Germany? I am thinking of sending my sister iphone pro as her birthday gift from Aus? Will see be able to use there? What do i have to do to make her able to use there? Can i send her without unboxing the brand new iphone from Aus?

If you get an unlocked phone directly from an Apple store it can be used in Germany or anywhere else. However, the warranty warranty will only be honored in Australia, so it will have to be returned to Australia if it needs service.
