Activity on my Apple watch (series 4) won’t sync with my Iphone
I am not sure how to sync my activity on my apple watch with my iphone. How do I get them to sync?

As long as your watch is in communicating with your phone this happens automatically,if it is communicating buy not syncing then try this;
Close the Activity app on the iPhone
On your watch: go the Home screen
(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on
the Activity app icon (coloured rings).
Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change
your Move Goal > change the goal.
You can move the goal back once it's working again.
