how do I find my microsoft identity?

updated to catalina and updated MS Office. I have no idea what my microsoft identity is. Keychain? Cannot access.

I have changed my Apple ID password twice, but I need to unlock an old MacBook Pro I stopped using over a year ago, is there any way to find that password. If I can't I'll have to find a way to factory reset with Apple Support because I'm at a Reset Password page and can't get access to anything else. I'd factory reset using the keyboard but I already tried that and think I need to take it to Apple to be wiped. Nothing seems to have worked.
