Forgotten Apple ID password for 2017 MacBook Pro

Does anyone know how to retrieve old passwords on Keychain? I have changed my Apple ID password twice, but I need to unlock an old MacBook Pro I stopped using over a year ago, is there any way to find that password. If I can't I'll have to find a way to factory reset with Apple Support because I'm at a Reset Password page and can't get access to anything else. I'd factory reset using the keyboard but I already tried that and think I need to take it to Apple to be wiped. Nothing seems to have worked.

Okay I went to the Startup Disk (I couldn't see it before because I was connected to a monitor that seemed to zoom in, but I hovered over the corner and found a Startup Disk) and it asked for a password, using the hint my mother and I figured out the password unlocked it and pressed restart. I don't know how long this will take but I'm waiting now.
