Sony Headphones don't work properly since Catalina

Dear community,

Since I have updated my OS to Catalina, my Sony Headphones have stopped working properly. They are successfully connected via bluetooth to my Macbook Pro but the computer, after some seconds, switches the Audio output to "Internal Speakers", despite the headphones are still correctly paired.


Does someone have an idea of how to solve the problem?


OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.1

Headphones: Sony WH-CH700N

HI! I already solved it after debugging, restart and posting in Apple and Sony communities hahaha.

I RESTARTED THE HEADSET!!! We have the same so it might work. Try this:

It was immediately detected by the bluetooth of Macbook Air on Catalina. Let me know if it helps! :)
