Can not log in to Apple TV app

Hi!

after changing the Apple ID can not log in to Apple TV and Apple music. I put Apple id and password but nothing happens. Where is the problem? Thank you

Did you change the existing ID to a new email address or create a new ID? If you created a new ID, you need a new subscription.
