my iphone 7 plus is hacked (broad cast audio)

today while im reading the news i heard arabian person talking to me Arabic from iphone speaker the voice was very clear and high ,,i heard him good after that i checked all open apps in background to find any chat app active but i dont find any thing ! i go to faster to change the pass cod and i did ,,then when i try to login to my apple id the account asking me for security qustions i found the answer is changed and i connot continue i go to settings and activate the the two steps verifaction code after this i can login to my apple id account but my important qustions

my apple id password changed and reset it

the second qustion the voice message how the hacker make it ? its iphone 13.2.2 no jaolbreak iphone 7 plus

(How will the hacker broadcast an audio message in Arabic to me ??)

sorry for my bad english but every body know its very hard to hack iphone !
