This error message keeps appearing:
"The Two-sided option, long-edge binding, is not available when the destination paper size is set to Index card Letter 8.5x11"
I've selected US letter as the paper size in page set up and in document options and it won't stick

Yes I did that. ended up getting the fix from Apple Support. Something to do with Pages and the wait interacted with my printer. Josh got right to the problem and fixed it up quickly. Thanks for your reply.
Are you able to share how Apple Support did this for you? I have the same problem.
