Change country

I need to change country quickly...but I need to wait till 4 Dec, when my apple music subscription expired????? Really?! May be, living in the 2019, you can advise me how to solve this simple problem. I am traveling not by horse, so to move to another country I need few hours...but not two weeks to change country in iphone...!!!!
