Personal Hotspot Limited Connectivity

Yes thank you as I mentioned the "funny characters" didn't impact the issue. I did reset the network before heading to the forums, which also reset the SSID to something more bland without special characters, and it made no difference. The screenshot I took was after I put my phone back to the way it was, since resetting the network didn't work. It may be that Windows 7 just doesn't jive with an iPhone hotspot very well. I haven't tested another device.

Thank you I will check with Verizon. And yep there aren't any issues with the iPhone's ability to access sites. I just tried again and received the same error. I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm seeing...the page I tried to load is the link you sent. Please note that the funny characters you see don't seem to have any impact. It's just the way my phone's name appears for some reason, but the same issue was present even after resetting the network settings on the iPhone.
