One game app will not auto restore my old account

Hi there, i recently had to replace my phone but one game app I’ve been using for some time now will not auto restore my old account (the account I had on the phone I lost). I’m in talks with there support team now. I was worsening if it were possible to send me all receipts for Final Fantasy Record Keeper for purchases ive made for april 15th 2015. Or if anymore information can be obtained the those receipts? Please let me know if there’s anything you can do for me.
