Upgrade EX L CAPITAN version 10.11.1 to the new version MacOs 10.15.1 ?

Hello,

I AM RUNNING EX L CAPITAN ON MY MAC PRO VERSION 10.11.1 and trying to upgrade to the new version MacOs 10.15.1 but I recieved trhis message "This software is not supported on your system" please any help?

Second, When I try to download it from the App store I received this message "This version of macOS 10.15.1 cannot be installed on this computer"
