How can I get photo images from usb drive into my IPad so I can create an album? I have an Apple lightning adapter but understand my IPad doesn’t support photo transfer in that manner. Thanks

Since it sounds like this flash drive was not formatted from a camera then you will need to first import these images using the Files application then import these images into Photos.

Thanks for the quick response. the flash drive came from our guide on a travel trip last year. They’re his photos and I don’5 know how/if they’re formatted. I’m technically ignorant so please tell me how to access files and import the thumb drive contents there. Thank you
