My phone thinks I’m in Canada but I’m not.

How can I fix this? My time zone says Chicago and my region: United States. But, the App Store thinks I’m in Canada. Please help!! Thank you!!

  1. App Store is what you have chosen while creating Apple ID. --> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
  2. Time Zone if set to Automatic will display your actual location and if it isn't set to Automatic will display your last location which was set manually or otherwise. And if --> Date & Time > Set Automatically is Greyed out.
