Recover photos from lost phone (not backed up) - need remote access in

Hi Apple Community,

I need someone who knows how to access a phone remotely.

My iPhone X is at the bottom of San Francisco Bay.....with it are 2,000 pictures that I need to recover.

They are not backed up on iCloud and they are not on a recent iTunes backup.

There HAS to be a way to access the phone with the serial number and or passcodes, Apple ID, etc

There are significant events in my life, pictures and videos, that are now gone forever.

These pictures are my everything and I am beyond devastated that they are gone.

I have faith that someone in this forum, or on the dark web even, knows how to access that phone's data, pictures and videos.

I am willing to pay $$$ to get those pictures and videos back.

Please help??

iPhone X, iOS 13

If you are thinking the Apple secretly backs up everything that is on your iPhone in some secret area you are totally mistaken. The only place those photos existed if you didn't move them to iCloud are within the memory modules on your iPhone at the bottom of the ocean. You could pay someone to try to locate it at the bottom of the Bay and give it to you. Then you could make an appointment at a reputable 3rd party repair shop and see if they can get it running long enough to retrieve your data.

But don't pay a hacker, there is no way to contact that iPhone.

The is zero possibility with ANY kind of current technology to recover the data without the device if it hasn't been saved in one form or another outside of the device. There might be some data stored to iCloud, but that's about it. There's no way to tunnel into the device, and in any case it's going to require a powered device, which is unlikely once it's been in salt water for a substantial time. That deep and in salt water, the seal is going to be breached and the battery will likely be destroyed.

If it can be physically recovered, I wouldn't rule out that someone really skilled at board level repairs could fix it up (long enough to extract a backup) even with exposure to salt water. It might even require using a donor board. However, it would require the device be recovered.

I don't know what you expect can be done without the device.
