IPadOS 13.2.2 won’t install on iPad Air 2

IPadOS 13.2.2 update won’t install and now other apps won’t install. Tried deleting and downloading again, still downloads but doesn’t install. Any ideas?

My apple air iPad will not update hello my apple air will not update to the latest software update. It will not allow me to download any apps until I download the latest software. It is stuck on 12.5.5 please help
