Photos app crashes when sharing!

I'm using iOS13.1.3 on my iPhone Xs Max.

I now found that my Photos app crashes every time I try to share certain pictures or videos.

All things in the "Camera Roll" are OK. But as long as a picture or video is synced from a photo albums from my Mac, the app crashes immediately after I choose which way to share( e.g for Airdrop, it crashes right after I choose who or which device to send to).

Tried rebooting, no effect.

Tried sharing multiple picture and videos at once, still crash.

Tried with different file types like png, jpg, heic, mp4, all the same.

Tried different sharing methods, like Airdrop, iMessage, Notes, Mail, assign to Contacts, save to File, 3rd party apps, crash every time.

Tried to add those photos to new album on my phone, and then sharing, no use.

All those crashes, among other serious bugs, makes it very frustrating to use iOS13. I will be really grateful if someone here could help me out.
